The ACMS Computer Science Subgroup
Welcome to the website of the Association of Christians in the Mathematical Sciences Computer Science sub-group! The Computer Science subgroup within the ACMS is a group of Christians who are interested in the relationship between faith and computer science. Both the ACMS Journal and the ACMS Conferences include papers and sessions dealing with the unique area of faith and computing.
The following are some miscellaneous links to resources dealing with faith and computing.

by James K. Huggins, Ethics in the Computer Age, ACM Conference Proceedings, Gatlinburg, Tennessee, November 11-13, 1994, pp. 46--50.
Abstract. The use of computers, like any technological activity, is not content-neutral. Users of computers constantly interact with assumptions regarding worthwhile activity which are embedded in any computing system. Directly questioning these assumptions in the context of computing allows us to develop an understanding of responsible computing.

Mailing List
There is also a mailing list hosted at Messiah College for people interested in Computer Science and Christianity. To join this mailing list, visit the CS-CHRISTIANITY mailing list page. You do not need to be a member of ACMS to join cs-christianity. About 125 folks are currently subscribed to cs-christianity. The list volume has averaged about 20 per year since the list's January 2000 inception.
We hope to add other links relating to Computer Science and Chrsitianity to this page in time.
